Simone Young founded Youngbrook Recruitment in 2007 with a clear objective: to build a recruitment business grounded in accountability, integrity, and genuine care for both clients and candidates.
With over 22 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Simone continues to lead from the front, remaining deeply involved in recruitment and selection across labour hire, contract and permanent appointments. Her experience spans Trades, Supply Chain & Logistics, Office Support, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Aged Care, and Senior Appointments.
Simone is known for her disciplined, hands-on approach and her commitment to robust recruitment methodologies. Her reputation for delivering consistent outcomes has seen Youngbrook secure major project work and long-term partnerships built on trust and performance.
Operating across Brisbane and regional Queensland — and supporting clients nationally when required — Simone maintains a strong presence with both clients and talent. She is recognised for her accessibility, clear communication, and availability beyond standard business hours when urgent recruitment needs arise.
