These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of this website and any related services provided through it (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. About Us

We provide recruitment and labour-hire related services across multiple sectors, including (where applicable) candidate sourcing, placement, onboarding support,
and related workforce services (“Services”). References to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the recruitment agency operating this Site.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have required parental/guardian consent where permitted by law) and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials (if applicable) and for all activity associated with your access.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • submit false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site;
  • use automated systems (including bots/scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Candidate Terms

4.1 Applications and Registration

If you submit an application, resume, profile, or other information (including via forms or email), you authorise us to collect, store, use, and disclose that information
for recruitment-related purposes, including assessing suitability, contacting you about opportunities, and presenting your profile to prospective employers or clients
where appropriate and consistent with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 No Guarantee of Placement

We do not guarantee that registering with us, applying through the Site, or speaking with our consultants will result in an interview, job offer, placement, or employment.
Hiring decisions are made by employers/clients and may be subject to their own processes and criteria.

4.3 Candidate Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • provide accurate and complete information, including your work history, qualifications, and work rights;
  • promptly notify us of changes to your details (including contact information, availability, licences, or work rights);
  • only submit content you have the right to share and that does not infringe third-party rights.

4.4 Checks, Verification, and References

Where permitted by law and required for a role, you may be asked to consent to checks such as identity verification, qualification checks, right-to-work checks,
reference checks, background checks, and/or health, vaccination, or compliance requirements relevant to the placement.

5. Employer / Client Terms

5.1 Service Enquiries

If you submit an enquiry to request staff or services, you agree to provide accurate business information and acknowledge that any response, candidate availability,
pricing, or timelines may vary.

5.2 Candidate Information

Candidate profiles provided to employers/clients are for recruitment assessment purposes only. You must treat candidate information as confidential
and handle it in compliance with applicable privacy and employment laws.

5.3 No Offer or Warranty

Candidate information may include content supplied by candidates or third parties. While we may take reasonable steps to verify information,
we do not warrant that candidate information is complete, accurate, or up to date.

6. Fees and Commercial Terms

Any fees, payment terms, replacement guarantees, and other commercial terms for recruitment services are governed by separate written agreements
between us and the relevant employer/client (e.g., service agreement, terms of engagement, or labour hire agreement). If there is a conflict between those documents
and these Terms, the written agreement prevails.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site content (including text, layout, branding, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the Site for personal or internal business purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit content via the Site (including resumes, messages, or forms), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce,
and communicate that content as necessary to provide the Services and operate the Site, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.
Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties
of any kind regarding the Site, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits,
loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of doing so.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor-client basis) arising out of
or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time (without notice if necessary) if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms,
or where required for security, operational, or legal reasons.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on this page. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable State/Territory laws where we operate (typically Queensland for Brisbane-based operations),
and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
